You can easily find specific online users who may need assistance on your site.

  1. Go to the Cobrowse view.
  2. Sort live sessions and apply any pre-defined metadata to find users.
  3. Press the play button to monitor an online user’s activity on your app.

You can monitor real-time user console activities and identify any arising errors, warnings, or information.

Hop on a video call to support or onboard clients while they navigate your application.

  2. Click on the call button and confirm your intention to call the user.

If you need to record specific user activity for later review or onboarding, live sessions can be captured in video format.

To provide optimal support or onboarding for your client, you can guide them directly to their target using remote control.

  1. Play an online user session
  2. Click on the remote control and wait for the user’s consent to grant remote access.
  3. Once the user consents to remote control, you can use annotations to highlight items or draw directly on the user’s screen.
